Cancellation Policy

Installation Agreement & Terms: This Invoice Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into between Gathright Installation and Security LLC (“Company”) and the undersigned customer (“Customer”). Submission of $200 deposit by the Customer constitutes acceptance of and agreement to the terms outlined herein. Upon receipt of the deposit, both parties agree to a confirmed installation date mutually scheduled by the Company and the Customer. The agreed installation date shall remain binding unless an alternative date is approved by both parties. Installation may be rescheduled due to emergencies, unsafe conditions, weather constraints, or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of either party. Payment Terms: A deposit is required to secure materials, scheduling, and labor. The remaining balance is due immediately upon completion of the installation, once the Customer has inspected the work and confirmed that all agreed-upon expectations have been met. Failure to remit final payment upon completion may result in service suspension, removal of installed equipment (where permitted by law), or additional collection actions and or Lien on Home. Deposit & Cancellation Policy: If the Customer cancels the installation prior to the scheduled installation date, the Company will refund 90% of the deposit within one (1) business day of cancellation notice. The remaining 10% of the deposit is non-refundable and is retained to cover administrative costs, material ordering, taxes, shipping, handling, and preparation expenses already incurred. Scope of Work: All work will be performed in accordance with the scope outlined in this invoice or proposal. Any changes or additions must be approved in writing and may result in additional charges. Customer Responsibilities: Customer agrees to provide clear access to the work area, electrical panels, and installation locations on the scheduled service date. Delays caused by lack of access, homeowner readiness, or third-party interference may result in rescheduling or additional service fees. Warranty & Limitations: The Company warrants workmanship in one year. Manufacturer warranties apply to fixtures and components as provided by the manufacturer, that is for 2 years from installation date. The Company is not responsible for failures resulting from pre-existing wiring issues, concealed structural conditions, code violations not visible at time of estimate, or acts of nature.
